dashboard: drop redundant C0NTAINERS heading from SW4RM tab (#385)
The SW4RM tab label already announces the section — an inline `<h2>◆ C0NTAINERS ◆</h2>` + divider underneath was redundant ink. The tab is single-section so there's no other content to disambiguate from. `#containers-section` div stays put (app.js targets it by id); just the heading + divider go. `npm run build` clean. Closes #385.
