075d1f63e3 apply the same render(h(...)) simplification to JobqGraph
mara, follow-up on PR#3365: "follow up with the same for jobq". Drops
mountJobqGraph the same way mountJobqRollup was dropped - builds.js
now calls render(h(JobqGraph, {...}), root) directly, split into
mountRebuildQueue() (the one-time replaceChildren() + first render,
called once at page init) and renderRebuildQueue() (the render-only
path the rebuild_queue_changed handler and the cancel flow reuse,
bumping a module-level jobqGraphToken instead of holding a mount
handle). The split matters here specifically: repeating
replaceChildren() on every refresh would wipe Preact's own tracked
children out from under its diffing instead of letting it update them
minimally - JobqRollup's simpler version didn't need this since it
only ever renders into its own dedicated section once per app
lifetime's worth of state, but the rebuild queue refreshes on every
`rebuild_queue_changed` tick.

Re-verified: npm run build (whole workspace) + swarm-ui typecheck
clean (JobqGraph is also used via JSX on swarm-ui's /jobs page,
untouched by this), comment-block + issue-ref lints clean, headless-
chromium screenshot of builds.html's R3BU1LD QU3U3 tab against a
mocked /api/jobq/graph payload - tree, filter checkboxes, and cancel
buttons all render identically to before.

37161cd136 dashboard: replace <hive-jobq-graph> with a shared Preact component
Ports the shadow-DOM <hive-jobq-graph> custom element
(frontend/packages/shared/src/jobq-graph/) to a Preact component
(JobqGraph.js) shared by the dashboard and swarm-ui, per hyperhive#3310.

- JobqGraph.js: written with plain h() calls (no JSX) so the same file
  compiles unmodified under both the dashboard's text-loader CSS config
  and swarm-ui's JSX config. Exports `JobqGraph` for JSX use and
  `mountJobqGraph(container, props)` for the dashboard's non-JSX
  imperative mount, returning a `{refresh(), update()}` handle matching
  the old custom element's public surface. Same rendering contract as
  before: indented state tree, payload.label verbatim, payload.data as
  a generic key/value list, "waits on: <label>" text for Node-kind deps,
  per-state filter checkboxes, optional cancel button.
- jobq-graph.css: light-DOM adaptation of the old shadow-scoped
  stylesheet (:host -> .jg-root, otherwise unchanged).
- dashboard/src/builds.js: local mountJobqGraph() renamed to
  mountRebuildQueue() to avoid colliding with the newly-imported shared
  mountJobqGraph; cancel handling is now a plain onCancel callback
  instead of a DOM CustomEvent listener (no shadow boundary to cross
  anymore).
- dashboard + shared package.json: added preact as a dependency (matches
  swarm-ui's existing pin, 10.29.8) - the dashboard was a vanilla-JS MPA
  with no Preact/JSX pipeline before this.
- Removed the old hive-jobq-graph.js/.css entirely (confirmed via grep
  it had exactly one consumer, dashboard/src/builds.js, so this is a
  clean swap, not parallel maintenance of two implementations).
- Updated stale doc-comment references to the old element name in
  builds.html, tabs.js, swarm.js, docs/web-ui/dashboard.md, and
  hive-c0re/src/job_queue/mod.rs.

Verified: npm run build (whole frontend workspace) and npm run
typecheck (swarm-ui) both clean; cargo build/clippy/test -p hive-c0re
all clean (331 tests, 0 failures); headless-chromium screenshot of
/builds.html against a mock GET /api/jobq/graph payload confirms full
visual/behavioral parity with the old custom element (tree, filter
checkboxes, cancel buttons, error text, waits-on line, data list, live
build log panel).

This covers the dashboard-replacement half of hyperhive#3310 only. The
swarm-ui half (rendering the CreateAgent DAG on the agent-creation page)
is downstream of hyperhive#3306/#3124 landing - no swarm-ui page exists
yet to mount it in.

8dd6d05d6c frontend: unify pill/chip/badge shape into shared CSS
Per mara's steer on #3053 ("chip/pill/badge is the same if you squint
... theme unification is part of the goal" then "make it common css
instead of component, thats fine. but make them look unified (not as
much per usage css)"): shared CSS, not a JS component.

New @hive/shared/pill.css defines two classes, `.hive-pill` (primary
state chips) and `.hive-pill-sm` (secondary meta chips) — border/
border-radius/padding/font-size/letter-spacing (colour stays per-site,
the meaningful semantic part). Every render call site across dashboard
(swarm.js/core.js/builds.js) and agent (index.html/app.js) now carries
one of the two shared classes directly, alongside its own existing
semantic-colour modifier class.

Second cut of this PR, per argus's approve + mara's follow-up review
comment on the first cut: the first version instead enumerated every
legacy classname (`.badge`, `.status-badge`, `.header-pill`, etc.)
straight into pill.css's own selector groups so no call sites needed
touching. Mara's correction: that just relocates the duplication
rather than removing it, and the shared CSS shouldn't have to keep
naming every consumer. This version does the real rename instead.

Most visible consequence, unchanged from the first cut: dashboard's
`.badge` family moves off its own shape (2px square corners, uppercase,
tighter padding) onto the shared rounded-pill shape + agent's "sm" tier
sizing. `npm run build` clean across all three packages; verified the
compiled bundles carry the new classnames at every call site (dashboard
JS, agent index.html + app.js), not just the source tree.

aa14339be7 jobq-graph: re-add per-node cancel button
Fixes #3067.

<hive-jobq-graph> gains a `cancellable` attribute: any non-terminal
node (Pending/Running/Finishing) gets a small cancel button, and a
click dispatches `hive-jobq-graph-cancel` (`detail: { id }`) rather
than POSTing anything itself -- which endpoint actually cancels a
node is the host's domain concept, same "push data out, host decides"
shape `hive-jobq-graph-update` already uses.

builds.js turns it on for R3BU1LD QU3U3, confirms via themedConfirm,
then POSTs the existing `/api/rebuild-queue/{id}/cancel` endpoint.
No manual refresh needed -- cancelling flips node state, which
already fires rebuild_queue_changed over SSE, and the page's existing
handler for that tick already calls jobqGraphEl.refresh().

Also removed ~130 lines of dead `.rqe-*` CSS in system-sections.css
left over from the bespoke pre-<hive-jobq-graph> queue renderer
(confirmed zero JS references before deleting each rule; kept the
still-used `.rqe-kind`/`.rqe-agent`/`.rqe-source*`).

docs/web-ui/dashboard.md's R3BU1LD QU3U3 section updated to match
current behaviour (cancel button, waits-on text instead of the old
"no per-node actions" note, sibling order no longer implies anything
since deps render as text not a reordered rail).

aa149a7a62 builds: mount <hive-jobq-graph> directly, drop the hand-rolled queue renderer
Per mara's explicit steer on hyperhive#2812 ("also replace the build
queue tab with this component" + "graph fetching should live in the
component, not build.js" + "dont replicate the grouping by dag"):
R3BU1LD QU3U3 is now a mounted <hive-jobq-graph endpoint="/api/jobq/graph">
element. builds.js no longer renders the queue itself, does its own
fetch, or hand-rolls a per-root tree/roll-up/cancel-button — all of
buildNodeTree/topoSort/entryFingerprint/renderQueueEntry/
firstFailedNode/rebuildQueueRowCache/QUEUE_STATE_GLYPH/rollupState is
gone.

builds.js's remaining job is listening for the component's
hive-jobq-graph-update event (added to the component in the prior
commit) to keep a flat jobqNodes array in sync, and using that for the
two things the generic view doesn't render: the count-pill and the
live-log panel. On the rebuild_queue_changed SSE tick, calls the
mounted element's .refresh() instead of doing its own fetch — that
event still carries its own queue payload on the wire (tabs.js/SW4RM
still reads it for the badges, untouched), this page just ignores it
now.

Also removed, now genuinely dead: the two elapsed/finished-time
tickers (nothing produces the .rqe-when spans they targeted anymore),
stateSlug and isoToSecs (no callers left), fmtElapsed import (no
callers left).

New @hive/shared/jobq-graph.js export entry in packages/shared's
package.json, alongside the existing hive-tab-strip.js/hive-menu.js/
etc. pattern.

docs/web-ui/dashboard.md's R3BU1LD QU3U3 section rewritten to match:
mounted-component shape, no source/reason/cancel-button/deep-link on
rows (generic component has none), settled entries show their full
step tree (Done nodes aren't filtered off this wire, unlike the old
DagView projection).

Verified against real production data again (this hive's own live
/api/jobq/graph, now settled — no in-flight build at test time) plus
a synthetic running-build case to exercise findLiveBuild's happy path:
correct live-node detection (build_log_id gate), correct in-flight
root count. Confirmed the built dist bundle actually registers
customElements.define("hive-jobq-graph", ...) — the new shared
package export resolves correctly through esbuild.

Branch reused per mara's explicit "dont rework #3000 - continue
working on _this_ pr [#2996], it already has the component that
replaces 90% of build.js" — this ships as part of PR #2996, not a
separate PR.

f60e8a8470 dashboard: pass kinds= on the 4 unfiltered /api/dashboard/stream subscribers
Part 1 of the dashboard-event-stream-split epic: the server-side
kinds= allow-list already exists and flow.js already uses it
(hive-c0re/src/dashboard/state_snapshot.rs). tabs.js, builds.js,
core.js, and logs.js were the remaining 4 subscribers still taking
every wire kind unfiltered — pure subscription discipline, no new
endpoint needed, per the investigation on the tracking issue.

Each kinds= list is read directly off that page's own existing
MUTATION_HANDLERS/SSE_HANDLERS dispatch table (tabs.js also needs
sent, checked separately for the operator inbox) — a kind not in a
page's table was already a silent no-op today, so this only removes
wire/parse/dispatch-lookup cost for kinds a page never acted on, zero
behavior change.

Note for reviewers: the SharedWorker (stream-worker.js) multiplexes
by exact URL string, so pages that used to share one unfiltered
upstream connection when open simultaneously (e.g. dashboard.html +
builds.html in two tabs) will now each hold their own filtered
connection instead, since their kinds= differ. Each connection is
still a single cheap SSE stream carrying only what that page acts on
— net win over the shared-but-bloated connection this replaces.

435ef193e1 frontend: add <hive-tab-strip>, convert logs/credentials/core/builds tabbars
Every sub-page tabbar (logs.html, credentials.html, core.html,
builds.html) hand-wrote the same <nav class="hive-tabbar"><a
class="hive-tab">...</a></nav> boilerplate and then called
createTabStrip() on it after the fact. Add <hive-tab-strip>, a
markup-owning custom element (same reuse-boundary pattern as
<hive-menu>/<hive-side-panel>) that renders that markup from a
declarative tabs list, then wires the existing createTabStrip()
behaviour over what it just rendered — no behaviour duplication.

Convert all four sites to use it: each page's JS now calls
`.configure({ tabs, defaultId, onShow })` on the tabbar element instead
of `createTabStrip(el, opts)`, and configure() returns the identical
{ show, active } shape so nothing downstream changes. builds.js's
rebuild-queue count pill (builds-tab-count-rebuild) is expressed as a
tab's `badgeId` and renders nested in the same spot.

The dashboard's own tabbar and the two no-pane stats time-range
pickers are a different markup/behaviour shape and are intentionally
left alone.

4c37ce9150 dashboard: consolidate NodeView.has_log into build_log_id
Per mara's review on #2896: has_log: bool was fully redundant once
build_log_id: Option<i64> existed alongside it (has_log was always
just build_log_id.is_some()). Dropped has_log, threading the single
Option<i64> field through job_queue::mod.rs, the hivectl NodeView
test-helper literal, and the one remaining frontend consumer
(findLiveBuild's live-log-panel gate, which now checks
build_log_id != null instead of the separate bool).

Also fixed a now-stale doc comment on GET /api/build-log/{node_id}
that claimed the dashboard used on-demand node-id fetches "instead
of an inline build_log_id on the wire" -- no longer true after this
PR put one there for the BUILD L0GS deep-link.

cargo build/clippy/test clean across the three touched crates; nix
fmt clean; frontend build verified (0 has_log references, 3
build_log_id references in the built builds.js bundle).

662e303e72 dashboard: queue log link opens BUILD L0GS tab instead of downloading
Fixes hyperhive#2895. The rebuild-queue tree's per-node log icon (the
printer-glyph "open" affordance next to each node in the R3BU1LD
QU3U3 tab) linked directly to the raw-text download endpoint
(/api/build-log/<node_id>/raw, which sets Content-Disposition:
attachment server-side) -- surprising, since nothing about that icon
signals "this leaves the app", unlike the other two explicit
"download raw"/"raw" links elsewhere on the page.

Point it at the existing ?id=N#buildlogs deep-link into the BUILD
L0GS tab instead (builds.js's fetchBuild already auto-expands +
scrolls to the matching row there). That deep-link's id is the
build-log history row id -- a different id space than the queue
tree's NodeId, and wasn't exposed to the frontend before (only a
derived has_log bool was). Added NodeView.build_log_id: Option<i64>
to the wire type alongside the existing has_log (kept, since
findLiveBuild's separate live-log-panel gate still needs a plain
bool), threaded through job_queue::mod.rs, updated hivectl's NodeView
test-helper literal.

The raw download is still one click away once on that row's BUILD
L0GS detail (the two already-explicit raw-download links are
untouched). cargo build/clippy/test clean across the three touched
crates (hive-c0re, hive-host-sock, hivectl); nix fmt clean; frontend
build verified (grep for build_log_id in the built builds.js bundle).

b9aab7e923 refactor(#2808): the wire state enum is the scheduler's own
`hive_host_sock::jobs::State` was a hand-maintained copy of
`hive_jobq::State` — five variants spelled the same in both, kept in sync
by whoever remembered. Adding `Skipped` last week meant adding it twice.
The wire crate now re-exports the scheduler's enum and `to_wire_state` is
gone.

Two states that were hidden now reach clients. `to_wire_state` renamed
`Pending` to `Queued` and folded `Finishing` into `Running`, so the
dashboard could not distinguish a node waiting on its dependencies from
one whose own work is done while its sub-nodes still run. Both are now
visible, and consumers say which they mean.

Every consumer had to move with it, and only the Rust ones said so: the
exhaustive matches in `hivectl` and `DagView::rollup_state` failed to
compile, while the dashboard's fourteen string comparisons would have
gone quietly wrong — a `finishing` node no longer counting as running,
a `pending` node no longer as queued.

The frontend also builds CSS class names out of the state string
(`rqe-` + state, `rqe-node-` + state) and keys its glyph map on it, all
lowercase. Those go through a `stateSlug` helper now; comparisons use the
wire spelling, presentation lowercases. Without that split every queue
entry and node chip would have silently lost its styling.

Dropping the `State as JobState` alias in hive-c0re falls out of this:
the alias only existed to tell two `State` types apart, and there is one
now.

7908332168 frontend: render Skipped node state as a quiet 'not run' glyph
Closes hyperhive#2788.

State::Skipped now rides the wire (per hive-host-sock's dag_view, no
longer filtered) — this was the last missing piece: the frontend had
no glyph for it, so a skipped node's per-node chip fell through to
QUEUE_STATE_GLYPH's '?' fallback.

Added a 'skipped' entry (·, same quiet glyph hivectl already uses for
the same state — no contract between them, just consistent taste) and
a .rqe-node-skipped CSS rule (dimmed only, no strikethrough —
deliberately distinct from .rqe-node-cancelled: a skipped node wasn't
dropped mid-flight, it was never going to run, so it should read as
expected/quiet rather than alarming). rollupState's defensive arm
(every(n => skipped || done) => done) already landed in #2799 and
needed no changes here.

buildNodeTree has no state-based filtering, so skipped nodes render
in the tree exactly like any other node kind — no other changes
needed. Verified with a full frontend build; nix fmt clean.

657d1b5061 feat(#2788): carry Skipped to the wire as its own state
A node ruled out by its own dependency edges settles `Skipped` host-side,
but the wire folded it into `Cancelled` and `dag_view` filtered it out
entirely, so a client never saw which branch a run didn't take. Post-#2785
that is not a rare shape: every approval DAG has two not-taken tails and
every rebuild has one, on the happy path as much as on failure.

`State` gains `Skipped`, and it counts as terminal — the wait loops in
hivectl's progress display and the daemon's dag-settled check decide
"finished" with `all(is_terminal)`, so omitting it would hang them on
essentially every DAG.

`dag_view` now emits skipped nodes but no longer lets them keep a DAG
alive. Serialization and completion were the same expression: a DAG left
the snapshot because its nodes had all been filtered away. Keeping skipped
nodes on the wire under that rule would pin every finished deploy in the
queue view forever, so the completion test is now its own flag.

`rollupState` in the dashboard gains the matching arm. It has no `done`
case — `done` is inferred by falling off the wire — so its trailing
`return 'queued'` catches anything it doesn't recognise, and a green
deploy would have read as permanently queued the moment the backend
started emitting the new state. The Rust and JS roll-ups have silently
disagreed before; they are edited together here and say so.

7110a25cf6 frontend: extract themed dialogs + async-form handler to shared, wire agent UI
The dashboard has a themed modal/dialog system (modal.js: themedToast/
themedConfirm/themedPrompt) and a data-async form submit interceptor
(bindAsyncForms) that every dashboard action routes through. The
per-agent UI never adopted either — it had its own more primitive
data-async handler using native window.confirm()/alert() (8 call
sites) and a duplicated el() DOM helper.

- Moved el() out of dashboard/common.js into shared/src/dom.js.
- Moved modal.js + modal.css from dashboard/src/ to shared/src/,
  updating its internal el import.
- Moved bindAsyncForms from dashboard/common.js into shared/forms.js,
  alongside the asyncBtn primitive it's built on.
- Updated every dashboard file's imports to the new shared locations
  (no re-export shims).
- agent.css now @imports shared/modal.css so the dialogs render
  themed there too.
- agent/app.js: dropped its local el()/data-async duplicate, wired
  bindAsyncForms(), and replaced all 8 window.confirm() sites with
  themedConfirm (async, wrapped in a fire-and-forget IIFE where the
  call site needs a synchronous boolean return, e.g. the slash-command
  dispatcher).

Closes hyperhive#2791. Verified with a full frontend build
(npm run build) — both dashboard and agent bundles compile clean and
agent.css picks up the .tc-* dialog styles it previously lacked.

ffb2d78a56 fix(dashboard): draw jobq tree connectors with CSS lines instead of box-drawing chars
Replace the Unicode prefix string approach (└─ / ├─ / │  built up as text
in a single <span class="rqe-tree-indent">) with positioned DOM elements
that draw real lines:

- rqe-tree-guide: fixed-width ancestor column, optionally draws a full
  vertical border-left when the ancestor has siblings below it
  (.rqe-tree-guide-line).
- rqe-tree-connector: draws the L/T shape via ::before (vertical stem,
  top→center for last child, full height for mid child) and ::after
  (horizontal spur, center→right). .rqe-tree-connector-last vs
  .rqe-tree-connector-mid controls stem length.

renderTreeNode() now takes ancestorLines: boolean[] instead of a prefix
string. Each entry is true when the ancestor at that depth was not the
last child (so a vertical guide is still needed through that column).
childAncestorLines propagates depth === 0 correctly (root nodes have no
guide columns, so their children start with an empty array).

Lines are drawn with var(--border) so they follow the theme and work at
any font size without alignment drift. Addresses the review note on PR 2686.

cb936fe2fe feat(dashboard): show jobq node tree in build queue
Add NodeView::parent to the wire (hive-sh4re + hive-c0re dag_view), then
render the recursive parent/child tree in the dashboard build queue instead
of the previous flat chain/fan-out layout.

Wire change (hive-sh4re, hive-c0re):
- NodeView gains parent: Option<NodeId> (skip_serializing_if = None)
- dag_view() projects node.parent, filtering out the Dag container id
  (top-level work nodes become parent: None on the wire)

Frontend (builds.js):
- Replace nodeComponents + splitFanOut with buildNodeTree (uses parent
  edges directly) + topoSort helper (orders siblings by deps)
- renderTreeNode walks the tree depth-first, rendering indented rows
  with └─/├─ connectors and agent label per chip
- Flat chains and fan-out heuristics are gone; structure comes straight
  from the scheduler's parent axis

Closes: none (parent issue tracked in forge)

ae8d1aaac4 builds: drop per-entry agent grouping from DAG renderer
Removes entryAgents() and the two places it rendered agent names:
- rqe-agent code element in the entry header
- rqe-node-agent-label prefix per component chain when multi-component

The DAG structure split (WCC + fan-out) already communicates subgraph
boundaries visually via the separate .rqe-nodes rows; the agent-name
labels on top of that caused layout breakage (#2666) and duplicate
information. Closes #2666.

The live build log header still labels liveNode.agent (a single specific
node, not the whole DAG) — that .rqe-agent rule is kept.

Also removes the now-unused .rqe-node-agent-label CSS rule and its
comment.

ecc2ebe682 feat(#2637): rework builds.js for new DagView wire shape
- SSE live-log → 2s polling on GET /api/build-log/<node_id> ({stdout,stderr} JSON)
- DagView top-level started_at/finished_at used directly (isoToSecs); no client
  min/max derivation
- rollupState/entryKind/isoToSecs derive state+kind from NodeView[]; Done nodes
  absent from wire so fully-done DAGs disappear naturally
- rollupState([]) returns 'done' defensively for empty node arrays
- Log links and live-log panel gated on n.has_log (backend field, mirrors old
  build_log_id != null — excludes lock/noop/store-only nodes)
- Raw download: /api/build-log/<node_id>/raw (text/plain)

990f021c32 fix(#2492): split rebuild-queue DAG lines on fan-out points, not just WCC
nodeComponents() split a DAG into weakly-connected components via deps
edges, but post #2476/#2450 every agent's rebuild subgraph hangs off a
shared MetaLock node via AfterOk, so the whole meta-update cascade is one
connected component and rendered as a single wall-of-chips line.

Add a second pass (splitFanOut) that further splits a component's
topo-ordered nodes on out-degree>1 points: a node with more than one
direct dependent renders as its own one-node line, and each dependent
becomes the root of an independent line. Purely deps-structure-driven,
same as the existing WCC split - no agent-field grouping involved. A
component with no fan-out (the common single-agent case) is unaffected.

fbbd5d921c feat(#2485): remove vestigial Noop + StartupSweep residuals
Since the boot sweep (#2450) and meta-update cascade (#2476) became
single DAGs that grow subgraphs in-place, nothing constructs the old
fan-out anchors/parents anymore:

- NodeKind::Noop (the old boot_root grouping anchor) — no constructors.
- Template::StartupSweep / Source::StartupSweep (the old fan-out parent
  template + cascade-child source) — replaced by Template::Boot and
  Source::AutoUpdate/MetaUpdate respectively.

Drops the three variants + their as_str arms + the Noop executor arm, and
refreshes the stale fan-out/anchor doc comments (Boot/MetaUpdate/Source
docs, coordinator.md, dashboard.md). Frontend: the queue-kind glyph moves
from the dead startup_sweep to boot (which had none), and the dead
rqe-source-startup_sweep style is dropped.

No behaviour change — pure dead-variant removal.

edf9fd036e feat(#2453): remove DAG parent_id now that every op is one DAG
With the meta-update cascade (#2476) and startup sweep (#2450) folded
into single DAGs that grow per-agent subgraphs via append_subgraph,
nothing links parent/child DAGs anymore — parent_id is dead.

hive-c0re: drop parent_id from Dag/DagSpec (+ the DagView copy); delete
append_children and cancel_children (no callers); simplify trim_history
(no more terminal-parent-with-live-children guard — a one-big-DAG is
terminal only when its whole graph settles); drop the rebuild() parent_id
param; QueueDag returns just the polled DAG (no fan-out children to
gather). hive-sh4re: drop the DagView.parent_id wire field.

frontend: a multi-step op is one DAG now, so renderRebuildQueue drops the
childrenOf/orphans cross-DAG grouping and renders each entry flat; its
per-agent subgraphs render as nodes within the one row (split by deps).
Removed the dead rqe-child style + isChild plumbing.

Docs + the child-DAG queue tests updated/removed to match.

44286996ed fix(#2465): split node chain on deps graph, not agent field
mara's review comment: the frontend shouldn't apply its own grouping
logic on top of the DAG — it should render the structure the backend
already provides. The actual structure is the nodes' deps graph, not
the incidental n.agent field.

Replace the group-by-agent heuristic with nodeComponents(): splits
entry.nodes into weakly-connected components via the deps edges
(undirected reachability), then topo-sorts each component (Kahn's
algorithm) so a chain renders in true dependency order. A DAG made of
independent per-agent subgraphs (no cross-agent deps) still comes back
as separate components — same visual result for today's templates —
but the split is now driven by what the backend actually encodes, and
naturally extends to any future non-agent-aligned branching. Agent
name is still shown as a per-component label, but purely as adjunct
info sourced from that component's own nodes, not the grouping key.

45cdd62116 fix(#2465): render multi-agent DAG nodes as per-agent subgraph lines
renderQueueEntry flattened entry.nodes into one arrow-joined chain
regardless of which agent each node belongs to. A multi-agent DAG
(e.g. hivectl restart --graceful with several agents) runs independent
per-agent subgraphs concurrently, no cross-agent deps, so joining them
all into one sequential-looking chain misrepresented the actual DAG
shape (mara's report: 'expected one dag that forks after the start
node into the per agent sub dags').

Group nodes by n.agent (stable, first-seen order) and render one
.rqe-nodes line per agent, with a small agent-label chip when the DAG
spans more than one. Single-agent DAGs (the common case) collapse back
to exactly the prior one-line render — no visible change there.

9a39a54820 refactor(#2449): dashboard + docs for the SetWanted node
- builds.js NODE_KIND_LABEL: 'set wanted' (and the previously-missing
  'noop') so the new head node renders with a label, not the raw kind.
- docs/coordinator.md + templates.rs module doc: the power-op DAG shapes
  now show the head SetWanted node; SetWanted added to the lease-needing
  list with the atomicity rationale.

de69a9f02c refactor(#2441): live-log header shows the streaming node's agent, not the DAG's
Review (iris/argus): the dashboard rebuild live-log header labels one
specific node's log stream (liveNode, keyed by its build_log_id), so it
should show that node's own agent — entryAgents(running) listed every
agent in the DAG, which would mislabel a single agent's log once DAGs
span multiple. The other entryAgents() sites (row label, cancel-confirm,
fingerprint) are correct whole-DAG summaries and unchanged.

e2b48d2014 refactor(#2441): update queue consumers + docs for agent-per-node
DagView no longer has a DAG-level agent, so consumers derive it from the
per-node agents:
- hivectl dag_progress.rs: dag_agents(d) helper (distinct node agents,
  comma-joined) in place of d.agent.
- dashboard builds.js: entryAgents(entry) helper likewise for the
  rebuild-queue card + live-log header + cancel confirms.
- docs/coordinator.md: lease prose (node-agent-keyed, global per agent),
  wire shape (NodeView.agent, no DagView.agent), and dropped the removed
  dedup section.

8349e6f621 feat(dashboard): node-aware queue render + buildSlots option
each queue card now shows its DAG's node chain (per-node state, step,
build-log link), fixing 'queue jumps don't show on the dashboard'.
live-log panel keys off the running node's log. new
services.hyperhive.c0re.buildSlots option (default 1) threads the
concurrent nix-build count into serve.json.

688531030b fix(builds): add missing start/stop/graceful_stop kind glyphs to QUEUE_KIND_GLYPH
The QueueKind enum has graceful_stop, start, and stop variants but the
dashboard QUEUE_KIND_GLYPH map only covered rebuild/meta_update/spawn/
destroy/restart/startup_sweep/perm_change — the three missing kinds
rendered as '?' in the build queue UI.

This became visible with the deferred start-after-rebuild change: a fast-lane
Start entry now appears as a child of its Rebuild parent, but showed the
fallback '?' glyph.

Glyphs assigned: graceful_stop=⏹, start=▶, stop=■.

Also update the dashboard.md kind-glyph list to include all nine kinds and
note that deferred start-after-rebuild entries also use parent_id grouping.

beb28d5c37 feat(builds): add /builds.html — build lifecycle hub (closes #1999)
New standalone page /builds.html consolidating rebuild queue, meta
inputs, and build log history into one place, with a new 'Builds' home
tile linking to it. Addresses mara's request: new sub-page with a new
home tile, all three items moved there.

Changes:
- builds.html: new page with three sub-tabs: R3BU1LD QU3U3, M3T4 1NPUTS,
  BUILD L0GS. Same minimal-chrome header + createTabStrip pattern as core
  and logs pages.
- builds.js: new bundle combining rebuild queue renderer (from core.js),
  meta inputs renderer (from core.js), rebuild-live-log renderer (from
  core.js), and build log history renderer (from logs.js). Deep-links to
  /builds.html?id=N#buildlogs. Count pill id: builds-tab-count-rebuild.
  BUILD L0GS tab lazy-loads on first activation.
- builds.css: @imports system-sections.css (rebuild queue + meta inputs +
  live-log styles) and logs.css (build-logs-* component styles).
- build.mjs: register builds.js, builds.css, builds.html.
- core.html: remove R3BU1LD QU3U3 + M3T4 1NPUTS tabs (now on builds.html).
  Default tab changes to K3PT ST4T3.
- core.js: remove renderMetaInputs, renderRebuildQueue + helpers,
  renderRebuildLiveLog + live-log state, elapsed-time tickers,
  updateRebuildCount, and the rebuild_queue/meta_inputs SSE handlers.
  Remove openBuildLogStream + util imports no longer needed.
- core.css: remove .rebuild-live-log-* rules (moved to system-sections.css
  so builds.css can share them via @import).
- system-sections.css: add .rebuild-live-log-* styles (moved from core.css);
  update comment to mention builds.html.
- logs.html: remove BUILD tab + pane (moved to builds.html).
- logs.js: remove fetchBuild(), fmtTs, fmtDuration, openBuildLogStream
  import, and rebuild_queue_changed SSE debounce. Default tab: 'agent'.
  SSE stream retained for audit_entry_added live-appends.
- index.html: add Builds tile (🔨, rebuild queue · meta inputs · build
  logs); update Core tile desc to 'kept state · container load'; update
  Logs tile desc to remove 'build'.
