34e142bb5c hive-matrix: run the homeserver in its own netns, behind a unix socket
tuwunel bound `0.0.0.0:<httpPort>` in the host netns, so the homeserver
port was open on every host address, and the gateway proxied to it on
host loopback.

The container now sets `privateNetwork = true` and hangs off the hive
bridge with a DHCP lease, the same attach the CI runner, builder and
review classifier use (resolvconf on, `networking.nameservers` the bridge
IP). tuwunel listens only on `/run/hive-matrix/tuwunel.sock`, a host
directory (root:nginx 0770) bind-mounted into the container; its primary
group is nginx's gid and the socket is 0660. The gateway's `/_matrix/`
location proxies to the socket.

The static resolv.conf goes: it existed because resolvconf's host
tracking came up empty in the shared netns.

`swarm.matrix.httpPort` and `{swarm,deploy}.matrix.openFirewall` are
removed with a message: there is no host port to choose or open. The
`.well-known/matrix/*` fallback to `<hive>:<httpPort>` is dropped with
them; it only rendered with `gatewayHost = null`, which the homeserver's
SSO assertion already rejects.

393e84afd0 swarm-otel: scrape authelia through its published name
Authelia's metrics were scraped over loopback, declared only on a host
running both authelia and the collector, so a split deploy collected none.
Its target is now declared on every host as
`https://<swarm.authelia.domain>/metrics`, next to forgejo's, and authelia's
vhost serves `= /metrics` behind the same collector auth subrequest as the
forge's. The loopback entry is gone, so a single host still scrapes
authelia once, now by name.

The forge-only `metricsRule` becomes `metricsRules`, derived from every
`publishedScrapeTargets` entry. Each target gets the collector-scoped
`one_factor` rule followed by an unconditional `deny`. The `deny` is
needed because authelia 4.39 skips a rule whose `subject` does not
match and moves on. With nothing after the collector rule, any other
authenticated session reached `default_policy = one_factor` and was
admitted. That was already true of the forge's `/metrics`, and this
change closes it there too.

2df19e4899 swarmctl: log in with the operator's own SSO account and reach the controller through the swarm domain
`swarmctl --swarm https://<swarm> login` runs the OAuth 2.0
authorization-code flow with PKCE against the swarm's authelia as a new
public `swarmctl` client: a pushed authorization request, the browser login
and explicit consent, and the code delivered by form_post to a loopback
port. The access and refresh tokens are cached at mode 0600 under
$XDG_STATE_HOME/swarmctl/ and refreshed under a file lock, since authelia
rotates the refresh token and revokes the login when a used one is
presented again. With --swarm (or SWARMCTL_SWARM), the agent, schedule and
forge verbs send their requests to https://<swarm>/api/ with the bearer
token instead of over the controller's unix socket, which stays the default.

authelia registers the client on every authelia host with a swarm domain:
`kind = "native"`, public, no minted secret, scopes offline_access and
authelia.bearer.authz, audience https://<swarm>/api/ (matched as a URL
prefix), redirect http://127.0.0.1/callback (any loopback port). Every
field is one authelia 4.39.20's validator requires for a public client
holding the bearer scope.

The swarm apex's /api/ answers a refused caller that sent an
Authorization header with the 401 itself instead of the login redirect,
so the CLI can tell "log in again" apart from an answer; a browser still
gets the redirect. The bearer token is not forwarded to the controller.

dc5c2d8d83 nix: follow-ups from the service/deploy split
- swarm.victoriametrics.port: the description states why the listener is
loopback-only instead of pointing "below" at text in another file.
- authelia: the deploy half derives its unit and instance names from
swarm.authelia.unit, so the instance is spelled once, in
  swarm-authelia-service.nix.
- authelia: the tokenEndpointAuthMethod and bearerAuthz descriptions name
the obligations the authelia host asserts instead of "below"; the
swarm-authelia.nix header describes that file only.
- module-eval-swarm-otel-core: swarm.otel.audience must contain both store
push URLs the collector's exporters use and request tokens for.

e990e9a0be nix: finish the current-behaviour comment sweep in touched files
Rewrite the remaining narration in files the previous commit touched:
"moved"/"sat"/"was REMOVED"/"old default" comments in swarm-bao,
swarm-otel, glue-bao-tls, nats-authelia, swarm-controller, swarm-ui,
swarm-otel-service, swarm-authelia-service, the deploy.nix rename table,
hive-ci, hive-forge/service, hive-tls, hyperhive, swarm-nats, swarm.nix
and a few module-eval fixtures, so each says where a thing is or why it
is so now.

Revert the comment edits inside shell script strings in hive-tls,
swarm-nats and the forge token mint to their previous text, so those
generated units are unchanged. The only unit still changing is
swarm-bao-pki (two comment lines in its script). Refs #3902

1c90619fbb nix: comments state current behaviour, not history
Rewrite comments and option descriptions under nix/ that narrate how the
code got here ("used to", "new name", "sat at the TOP", "no longer",
renamed/moved narration, attributions) to say what the code does now and
why. Comments and description strings only; no logic changes.

bed4358e19 swarm options: no swarm.* value depends on a deploy option or this host's hive
- swarm.serviceDomains lists every swarm service name on every host. The
store's issuing role is built from it, so the store now admits a leaf
for grafana, metrics, otel, logs, the bao UI and the apex whichever host
runs the store. Each gateway's own leaf stays narrowed by
  localServiceDomains.
- swarm.matrix.apiUrl defaults to http://<swarm.matrix.gatewayHost>
(null when gatewayHost is null) instead of loopback on the matrix host.
- The authelia vhost proxies /bridge/ to swarm-authelia-bridge with the
prefix stripped, and deploy.swarm-controller.authBridgeUrl defaults to
${swarm.authelia.url}/bridge on every host. swarm.authelia.bridgeUrl is
  removed.
- swarm-authelia-bridge admits only swarm-controller's OIDC client on
every request (403 for any other active token), configured by
  SWARM_AUTHELIA_BRIDGE_CONTROLLER_CLIENT_ID (renamed from
  ..._OPERATOR_READER_CLIENT_ID, which gated ListOperators alone).
- swarm.peerHives is removed; swarm-wireguard.nix filters this host's own
  hive out of swarm.hives itself.

ba56bfe32e nix: split swarm-authelia into service and deploy-mode files
`swarm.authelia` (what the SSO provider is to every hive: ports, domain,
`url`, the OIDC client register, the published names and the bridge's
address) moves to nix/host-modules/swarm-authelia-service.nix. Everything
else -- the `deploy.authelia` options, the whole `config` block including
`containers.swarm-authelia`, and the helpers only they read -- stays in
nix/host-modules/swarm-authelia.nix, which default.nix now imports
alongside the new file.

Both halves read four `let` bindings. `cfg`, `swarmDomain` and `deployCfg`
are option reads, so each file binds them from `config`; the service file
has no `hyperhiveCfg`, so it spells the paths out, as
swarm-nats-service.nix does. `instance` and `unitName` are literals, not
options, so the service file carries its own copy of the two (`unit`'s
default reads `unitName`). `deployCfg` is in the service file only for
`bridgeUrl`'s default, which is moved as it is.

`hyperhiveDomain` had no reader and is dropped rather than carried into
either file.

A pure move: option paths, option definitions and config are unchanged
apart from three comments that pointed "above"/"below" across the new
file boundary and now name the file. Authelia's container toplevel, the
host toplevel (with `c0re.hyperhiveFlake` pinned, since the flake source
path lands in /etc/hyperhive/serve.json), the `swarm.authelia` and
`deploy.authelia` values and option set, and the eleven
module-eval checks that enable authelia evaluate to the same derivations
before and after.
