Follow-up to the stats 'all' time-range feature: the agent and hive
stats endpoint docs enumerated the window options but predated 'all'.
Add it to the /api/stats and /api/stats-hive window lists, and note
that 'all' ranges from the earliest recorded turn with an adaptive
bucket width.
Two fixes from review:
- Liveness: /api/state isn't polled while online (only during login), so
hooking refreshBashTasks to it only populated on cold load. Bash tasks
start + finish asynchronously between turns, so add a light ~4s interval
to keep the tasks pill live; the /api/state-time call now just does the
first-paint populate. Doc note corrected to match.
- Move the blocking dir scan + per-file reads in /api/bash-tasks off the
async executor via tokio::task::spawn_blocking (damocles nit).
The per-agent stats page gained a "first-turn ctx" summary chip (the
input tokens of the most recent fresh session's first turn — a
system-prompt/CLAUDE.md sprawl proxy), but agent.md's chip-row
description didn't mention it. Add it next to the reminder chips, noting
the stats.rs derive and the inert-until-capture behaviour (omitted from
JSON until the sessions / turn_stats.session_id capture has rows).
Follow-up to the turn-time feature: the terminal now stamps a wall-clock
time on the turn-start / turn-end rows and an elapsed duration on
turn-end, sourced from a per-event `ts` (unix seconds) that the backend
serializes as a flattened sibling of the event tag on both the live SSE
frame and each history row.
- terminal-rendering.md: add the `.turn-time` row to the taxonomy table
+ a note on the ts source and the graceful degradation when a frame
omits ts.
- web-ui/agent.md: note the ts sibling on the emitted events, and the
time/duration suffixes on the TurnStart / TurnEnd renderings.
Per damocles (capture-side owner): "argv[0] basename" undersells the
normalisation and misleads — the head is the basename of the first
*real* command, looking past `cd repo &&` prefixes, env-assignments,
and prefix-runners (sudo/env), so `cd /repo && cargo build` records
`cargo`, not `cd`. Match the persistence.md phrasing.
Backfills the agent.md Stats-page section for the favorite-tools
doughnut (per-agent most-run bash commands) shipped by #1446 + #1448.
Notes the normalised bash_commands heads, the bash_breakdown read, and
the hidden-until-data behaviour (missing table degrades to empty).
Part of #1450 / completes the per-agent half of #1433's docs.
Backfills the agent /stats page docs after the P1 stats enrichments:
the result-trend stacked bar (per-bucket result outcomes over time) and
the cache hit-rate + tokens/turn summary chips.
The c0re-proxy endpoint was removed in the dashboard-state refactor.
Links are now served by agent_links() via two agent-local endpoints:
StateSnapshot.links (GET /api/state, per-agent page) and
DashboardState.links (GET /api/dashboard-state, dashboard card).
Update docs/web-ui/agent.md and the StateSnapshot.links doc comment
to reflect the current source of truth.
docs/web-ui.md (1315 lines) split into three sub-files:
- docs/web-ui/shape.md — shared SPA skeleton, SSE multiplexing,
Worker-death self-heal, terminal pane, listener bind, relative
paths, atomic repaint, side panel
- docs/web-ui/dashboard.md — SW4RM/Y3R/SYST3M/SCH3DUL3S/S3TT1NGS
tabs, container row, topology tree, selection bar, approval card,
dashboard endpoints + event channel
- docs/web-ui/agent.md — header, terminal, composer, inbox, live
view, slash commands, per-agent endpoints, stats page
docs/web-ui.md replaced with a thin index linking all three.
Section anchors in docs (gateway.md, gotchas.md), Rust doc comments
(hive-ag3nt/src/web_ui.rs), and nix/templates/weston-vnc.nix updated
to point at the correct sub-file. README and CLAUDE.md file-map
updated with sub-file links. Inline // comments in frontend source
left unchanged (they reference the index which redirects to the right
sub-file).
