docs/swarm: put stray table rows and a cell fragment back where they belong
credentials.md, services.md and secrets.md each started with text that belongs elsewhere, ahead of the heading: a cell fragment glued onto the heading line, and two table rows. Put each back in its table or cell. secrets.md was already broken on main (the swarm-builder row of the per-unit table sat above the heading); the other two came in with this branch.
