hive-bash-daemon: keep sibling tasks alive when one is OOM-killed

Browse source 
systemd's default OOMPolicy=stop ends the whole unit when the kernel
kills any process in it; set continue, as hive-subagent-daemon does.
Module-eval case asserts it.
