iris cffe8895df review classifier: the most classifications a run carries is a setting
The limit was a constant of ten in swarm-wire, so a repo with eleven rules
could not be reviewed and nothing short of a rebuild changed it. It is now
`max_classifications` in the classifier settings, beside
`max_concurrent_reviews`: 1 to 1000, ten until set, and a document stored
before the field decodes with the default. The classifier settings form in
the swarm UI gets a "rules per review" field, and the try-out's add button
stops at the saved limit instead of a hard-coded ten.

The controller checks a try-out, and a requested review's rules file, against
the setting where the run starts. The rules file itself may hold up to the
1000 the setting allows, so raising the limit needs no change to a repo.
A review whose rules exceed the limit posts a no-verdict comment saying so.

A run's reply deadline was a constant that covered ten classifications, a
minute plus three each. It is now computed from the run's own size, so a
bigger run waits as long as it needs and a default-sized one still waits 31
minutes. The classifier's answer window in the queue permissions covers the
biggest run the setting allows.

hyperhive docs

Depth reference for hyperhive — the substrate, not the pitch (that's the top-level README / website). Every page here stands alone; pick the one matching your task rather than reading top to bottom. The docs sit in five sections, by what the reader wants:

  1. Getting started: what hyperhive is, and how to bring one up.
  2. Handbook: running and using a hive and a swarm.
  3. Options reference: every NixOS option.
  4. Implementation: how it works inside.
  5. Project: how the project itself works.

1. Getting started

2. Handbook

Using and operating the hive and the swarm. Some pages here still carry implementation detail next to the operator content; sorting those out is later work.

Web UI and tools

Agent lifecycle

Trust boundary and security

Accounts and integrations

Swarm

3. Options reference

The autogenerated NixOS options reference (every services.hyperhive.* / hyperhive.* option, host and agent) lives on the website, built from the module declarations: the options site. Nothing of it sits in this tree.

4. Implementation

Agent tools

  • What can an agent do inside its container? bash, subagent, forge, matrix, and the hive-forge, swarm-logs and swarm-metrics CLI references? → 4-implementation/agent-tools/.

Turn loop, scheduler, CI, observability

Networking

Swarm services

Trust boundary mechanics

Web UI internals

Crate reference

  • What does a specific Rust crate do, on its own terms? → 4-implementation/crates/ — every workspace crate's own README.md, one level up from source; the crate itself is still the source of truth, this is just a walkable mirror.

5. Project

How the project itself works: processes, conventions, design guides.
